Chocolate cure emotional stress..

Researcher found cause behind giving chocolate to loved one. Giving chocolate not only traditional romantic one but the chocolate cure for emotional stress.  According to them eating an ounce and half of dark chocolate a day for two weeks decreases the levels of stress hormones form the body.One of the members Sunil Kochhar found that chocolate is an antioxidants agent which also reduces risk factor for heart diseases, but until now, there was little information how chocolate reduces stress hormones.  Researcher used volunteers who rated themselves as highly stressed and ate 40 gm dark chocolate per day for two weeks and found reductions in stress hormones and other stress related biochemical.
