What is she suffeing from?
35 years old female patient presented with recurrent attacks of some color changes in her left fingers of both upper limbs on exposure to cold for last 2 years. She says that her finger become pale on exposure to cold, later they become blue and then become red again with burning pain. These attacks are occurring for last 2 years more during winter season. Patient noticed that the terminal phalanges of all fingers getting shorter over these period of time. She has no complain in her lower limbs. She has no symptom suggestive of collagen disease. Adson,s test is negative .
On examination: General appearance is normal. On local examination of the upper limbs there are resorptions of terminal phalanges of all the fingers in both hands and the tips of the fingers appear conical. There is slight tenderness in the tips of fingers. All the peripheral pulses are normal.
What is she suffering from, and why?

Looks like just a chilblains but the symptoms are suggestive of Raynaud’s disease, does she have history of any autoimmune disease..??
no she doesn’t have any history of autoimmune disease
Is this Scleroderma?Not full blown though but she got Raynauds Phenomenon and Sclerodactyly.
