Thanks Lucy for your question ….it is hard to say what types of abdominal pain are associated with anxiety .
Anxiety mostly cause the minor continuous pain which is diagnosis by history of patient and normal physical , lab and radiographic examination , which is not managed with drugs. But anxiety can cause any type of abdominal pain from minor to sever form .
