		<description>Rt Hypochondriac pain as mentioned there refers to Congested Liver likely secondary to heart failure as a result of the heart unable to maintain tissue oxygenation  due to persistent third spacing of the intravascular volume.So probably heart failure expalins hypotension and tachycardia..</description>

 so there is  tachycardia and low blood pressure..</description>
